my last name is FUCLAN from the Philippines, northern part called the island of Luzon. My Father told me once that my great grandfather was tall and fairly skinned. Filipinos in general are short and dark. Wonder if there is a connection. Fuclan last name in the Philippines only found in my birth place. Not a very common name. Is there any connection to the FOO Clan Root. ?
